"Anarchy In The UK" - Epiphone Supernova Union Jack Guitar
This is my version of the Epiphone Supernova Union Jack guitar played by Noel Gallagher of the English rock band Oasis. I love the Union Jack flag, which is actually three flags laid on top of each other. It represents England, Scotland, and Ireland. This is definitely my favorite Epiphone guitar painting. It was live-painted in Atlanta during an art show. The venue was very small and packed with people. I spent a lot of time painting while people were literally pushing up against my arm. Originally, I made the Epiphone guitar red. But half way through the show, I decided it wasn’t working so I repainted the whole thing over and came out with this awesome version of the Union Jack. Original painting size is 24 x 48 and full-size (and smaller) giclee on canvas reproductions are available. Contact me for custom sizes.
